Penis Enlargement Exercise Routine For Beginners

In this article I'll lay out step-by-step instructions on how to execute an entire penis enlargement exercise routine that consists of both jelqing & stretching.
I was able to use a combination of effective penis exercises and a good penis extender device to increase my penis length by 0.75" (length when erect) in the course of a 6 month period. Using penis exercises and a good penis stretcher device, I managed to achieve length gains of 0.75" (erect length) during a 6 month period.

Warm-up Exercise
Before performing the following penis exercises, be sure to do a warm-up first.
To warm-up, soak a towel in hot but not scalding water, wring out the towel, and cover your penis with it. Hold the towel for 2 minutes. Repeat this step for at least 3 times.
By going through warm-up, you're improving the blood circulation in your penis to effectively lower the risks of inflicting damage on your penis.

Penis Stretching
Through stretching your penis past its longest erect length by a very small bit each time, the cells in your penis tissue will react to the force by multiplying. The extra cells will increase your penis size.
The stretching exercise below will increase the length of your penis but will do little for the girth. Below are the instructions:
1)Make sure your penis is flaccid before you start. Grip firmly your penis' head. don't grip so firm that you're stopping circulation.
2)Carefully and slowly stretch your penis straight out at a 90 degree angle from your body. Stretch as far as it will go without causing any discomfort or pain. Keep the penis stretched for five minutes. At the end of each minute, attempt to pull the penis out by a little bit more if possible - again, without experiencing any discomfort and pain.
3)Release your penis, and rest for a minute.
4)Whip your penis in circles for 30 times or more to get circulation going again.
5)Repeat steps 2, 3, & 4, but instead of stretching out your penis straight at a 90 degree angle from your body, repeat once for each of these positions: with the penis pointing downwards, upwards, to the left, and then to the right.
6)Lastly, stretch out your penis straight at 90 degrees away from your body again for one minute. Then give your penis 10 light pulls in the same direction.

Penis Jelqing
Penis Jelqing is done by forcing blood into your penis so that the blood chambers in the penis will deform permanentlyto increase size of the penis.
Warning: Never jelq a penis when it's fully erect. Here is how to do jelqing, step-by-step:
1)Put a few drops of Vaseline on your penis and spread it over your entire penis.
2)Make a ring with your index finger and thumb around the root of your penis. Then, squeeze and slide upwards until you reach the penis head to force blood to the tip of the penis. This is one jelq. As soon as your hand reaches the head, start with your other hand at the base and repeat the motion. Keep alternating hands, making each stroke last about 2 seconds.
3)To break-in your penis at the beginning, do 200-300 jelqs a day with moderate strength for the first week, then 300-500 jelqs every day at medium to full strength during the 2nd week. From the 3rd week onwards, you can do 500 jelqs or more every day.
If you start to get an erection during a jelqing session, you can either a)wait for it to go soft naturally or b)stroke harder to discourage the erection.
At signs of any pain or discomfort, cease jelqing right away and do not attempt to jelq again until the signs have gone away.

Warming Down
At the end of the routine, repeat the hot towel wrap once again to get blood circulation going again in your penis.

Last Words
Don't go overboard with the exercises outlined above. If you do, you risk permanently damaging your penis.
The routine above will surely make your penis bigger, but by a little bit at a time. However, these small amounts will add up to noticeable and impressive gains in time if you perform the routine regularly.
