The fear of the unknown about the continuously escalating prices of fuel which has now reached the $4 dollar per gallon mark in some States is becoming quite palpable here in the United States. Many people can be heard openly discussing their plight gloomily, especially since the grains scarcity, which is blamed on ethanol production, surfaced.

What baffles is that it does seem that many Americans are not aware of any other source of alternative or additive energy than ethanol even though ethanol is poised to cause more harm than good to us all, even more harm than fossil fuel.

Right now scarcity of grains has become an issue in the world market and accusing fingers are being pointed at ethanol production at the present level, so what is going to happen if effort is made to produce ethanol commercially to meet the demand for gas?
