Article Marketing: A Plug And Play Twenty-one Point Check List To Insure Success!

By: Richard Runion

Thousands of article marketers write and submit articles day after day, without fail. Very few achieve any success, and a minuscule percentage of them achieve Search Engine rankings at the very top. Therefore, hardly, if at all, a very small percentage articles that are posted in directories achieve outstanding success; modest success is garnered by some, whereas, the majority are damp squibs owing to several factors .

To what can we credit the positive impact of the few submissions that matter? Allow me to present my battle ready checklist, in my own order of importance. You could be aware of a few, if you're already into Article Marketing. Having said that, there are surely some on my list that you have possibly not been introduced to before.

Every time you write and submit any article to article directories, compare your article before you submit using my 21-point checklist, and improve substantially the plausibility of your article's success. So, this is my list:

1. How Powerful Is Your Article Title? Will Readers Find It Controversial/Beneficial/Shocking/Topical/Informative/Calling To Action/Intriguing?

2. Can We Assume High PR's For The Article Directories You Have Chosen For Submission ?

3. Will Your Author Bio Be Perceived To Be Motivating Enough?

4. Are There Incentives Offered To Click Your Site URL?

5. Do Your Sites/ Blogs and Products Fulfill The Implied Promise?

6. Were You Able To Include Variable Anchor Texts In Your Author Bio?

7.How Original Is Your Article's Central Idea?

8. What Tally Of Online Directories Are You Submitting Your Article To?

9. Will You Send Multiple Versions Of Your Write-Up To The Many Directories On The Web, Or Mass-Submit A Solitary Version To The Directory List?

10. Do You Re-Create Several Versions, Or Use Spinning Software?

11. Are You In A Sufficiently Popular Niche? Is There Plenty Of Competition?

12. Have You Written Your Articles Well Enough?

13. Do You Submit Under The Appropriate Category Of The Chosen Directories?

14. Is There A Copy Of Your Article At Your Own Website?

15. Are You The Owner Of An Article Directory Specific To The Niche, With Regular Article Subissions To It? Are You Submitting Your Articles, As Well?

16. Is Your Article Summary Magnetic?

17. Do You Consider Yourself A Popular Writer?

18. Are Your Keywords Popular Enough? Are They Highly Competitive?

19. How Good Is Your Time Management?

20. Do You Consider Yourself A Lucky Person?

21. After Article Marketing, Are You Marketing Your Article?

Fortunately, or unfortunately, the most precious commodity you have is time. Most of the successful online entrepreneurs outsource most of their work; time is used sparingly by them mainly to plan strategy. Many don't even write or submit their articles.

It's imperative for your articles to get posted regularly in directories. Target many daily, with a minimum of one, weekly. If you don't have enough time, try to pen articles, while outsourcing their submission. However, if time is too short to pen your own articles, or if you have no interest or skills in writing, it's better to outsource submission as well as writing.

Articles are like food- - the fuel that drives business. Skip writing and submitting articles at the cost of your potential profits.

Good Luck to your article marketing effort!
